Sophie is a 2018 De Montfort University Drama Studies BA (Hons) Graduate. She is currently developing and writing new work, collaborating with other local artists. Her current work contains themes of social change and action and is perceived as politically charged, using current social topics as a stimulus. Sophie has set up a new platform for recent art graduates called ‘In Limbo’ which will contain helpful information, motivational posts and host workshops to help motivate recent art graduates to pursue their work further (@inlimbophase). Sophie has also volunteered with Jumped Up Theatre’s Platform8 performance festival (May 2019) and Metal’s After School Club exhibition (April 2019).
