Resilience as an Artist Workshop with Harminder Singh Judge

Emily Steele is a freelance filmmaker and events producer, she is Programme Manager at 62 Gladstone Street.

Harminder Judge (b. 1982 Rotherham, UK) is an artist whose practice spans object making, performance and installation. He won the 2011 Arts Foundation Fellowship Award in Performance Art and was recently awarded a five year residency at the ACME Fire Station, London. He has shown work internationally – venues have included Jhaveri Contemporary, Mumbai; Halle 14 Zentrum für Zeitgenössische Kunst, Leipzig; and The Royal Academy of Arts, London. He was recently included in Tomorrow: London at White Cube and is currently based in London and Berlin.

For this workshop Harminder will discuss resilience and survival in the art world.
