Malika Speaks

Malika is a Spoken Word artist, crowned Peterborough’s Poet Laureate 2019/2020. She is driven by purpose and justice. She is passionate about the power of words and uses her love for spoken word poetry to inspire and deliver messages around morality, reflectivity and mental health. Malika is active in many projects around community cohesion, and inspiring and empowering young people to be confident in who they are and how to contribute to society. She has performed and appeared on TV, radio and at events in London, Luton and Peterborough, including: BBC, Inspire FM, British Muslim TV and Salaam Radio!
